SCREEN XP & levels

Every level band unlocks a new character tier in the app — same progression and art system everywhere.

You earn XP by finishing workouts (+100), ticking off completed sets (+10 each), hitting PRs (+50), and stacking missions and streaks. The XP bar fills toward the next level; higher levels need more XP than the last, so early levels move fast and the climb gets serious.
